Jorge brings a distinctive mix of strategic vision, corporate leadership and entrepreneurial drive. After a decade at Accenture and McKinsey & Co., he spent almost twenty years as a senior executive at Banco Santander, leading Internet Banking, Customer Experience and Strategy & Transformation for Risk Management. This gives him firsthand insight into how global enterprises buy, adopt and scale technology, exactly what our portfolio companies need when selling into large B2B clients.
Beyond banking, Jorge founded DEC, Spain’s leading corporate CX association (now also active in Mexico, Argentina and Chile), and has been an active investor through the IESE Business Angel Network and as a Limited Partner at Big Sur Ventures. He has trained in venture investing and newtech at Stanford University (VC-Unlocked), VC Lab and UC Berkeley. His background spans strategy, customer experience, marketing technology, finance and early-stage investing, the spikes that truly matter in EnterpriseTech.

Eduardo is one of the most experienced digital product executives to come out of European banking. During his tenure at BBVA, he ran global product development across three continents, including a key period in the San Francisco Bay Area, building a deep understanding of what it takes to scale technology products incomplex enterprise environments.
His expertise covers digital product strategy, enterprise software adoption, B2Bbusiness model transformation and customer-centric growth, all directly applicableto how we support our portfolio companies. Eduardo brings a strong perspective one merging technology and next-generation digital business models and holds an executive education credential from Wharton in Customer Centric Growth.
